  • 1- NetCDF Viewer
  • NetCDF Viewer is the first NetCDF tool that has been developed by AgriMetSoft. NetCDF Viewer can show the variables of your files and present how many dimensions each variable has. NetCDF Viewer shows to the user that how many elements are there in a dimension. With NetCDF Viewer, the user can view global attribute or attributes of each variable. NetCDF Viewer can reveal the data of each variable which has one dimension.

  • 2- NetCDF Extractor
  • "NetCDF Extractor" is a windows software for extract and save data (time series) from NetCDF and NetCDF4 files. This version of NetCDF Extractor can extract data from several NetCDF files, simultaneously. When a user wants to extract data from several NetCDF files, simultaneously, he/she requires to load NetCDF files at a same time with together and then extract data.

  • 3- NetCDF Matlab
  • NetCDF Matlab can read and convert any NetCDF files to Mat-file. NetCDF Matlab is a simple windows tool and the user should open a NetCDF file then the variables would be shown on the list. The user can select one or all variables of NetCDF file from the list, then save them to Mat-file. We added a new variable in the list and the global attributes has been saved on it so the user can select it from the list of NetCDF variables for converting to Mat-file.

  • 4- Open NC File
  • "Open NC File" can open and read data by using the list of coordinates of stations. The nc user can input the list of stations manually or by file. "Open NC File" can read the list of stations (consist of coordinates) in a text file or excel file or CSV file. The nc user can select all nc files and merge them via "Open NC File" tool. This tool can read and extract data from any NetCDF dataset with 3 dimension variables(time, lat, lon). The new version of "Open NC File" tool is ready to use. In version 1.1 of "Open NC File", the user can exract data for any rectangular regions and save the extraccted data to csv, txt, and excel file. If you want to extract data from NetCDF files, don't worry, because this tool will simplify your job.
