Thank you for purchasing our software tools from AgriMetSoft. We are committed to providing high-quality digital tools for climate, weather, and environmental data analysis. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered and activated. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- The tool does not function as described on our website or documentation.
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or error logs (if available)
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order ID)
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Successful tool usage followed by refund request
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
- License expiration after one year of use

We will respond within 2 business days.
License Terms
All tools, except Data-Tool, are licensed for one year from the activation date. Renewals or extended use beyond the licensed period may require purchasing a new license.
